FILLING
1 (14-oz.) bag soft caramels
2 Tbsp. water
2 cups salted peanuts
GANACHE
½ cup milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Line a 9 × 13 baking pan with foil, leaving enough to hang over the edges. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
BLONDIES
3.In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the salt, vanilla, and eggs, and mix until well incorporated. Add baking powder and flour, mixing until just combined. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake on the center rack for 24 minutes or until tester inserted in the center of the blondies comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
